Carlos Arias
With over 35 years of experience in structural engineering and residential construction. I got my Civil Engineer degree in Santa María University, Caracas, Venezuela.
I bring deep expertise in designing and building safe, efficient, and durable homes. As the former Managing Director of Airband Ingeniería, I led projects involving reinforced concrete and steel structures for both single-family and multi-family residences.
My work spans structural design, on-site supervision, and construction management, always with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
I’m proficient in industry standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and SAP2000, and Project Management.
Some of the courses completed this year include Energy Certification of Buildings, Cetesol, Seville, Spain and Course on Fundamentals and Techniques in Historic Building Rehabilitation – IMFE, Málaga, Spain.
Marcos Arias
Marcos is a Madison Resident since 2010, and has involved in construction for many years, he believe that small detail makes a world of difference in each project large or small. He studie in UW Whitewater and UW Platteville.
Marcos brings to our clients a strong background in management, project supervision and modern approach to residential and commercial dwelling. His passion for great design and functionality is part of our signature as company, Marcos is a great admirer of Frank Lloyd Wright work from the interiors to the unique balance of the building with the environment.
